The MODEL 200 is used to multiplex (combine) dual source video, such as two cameras, into a single output stream.
One use for this is to produce field alternate 3-D stereoscopic videotapes.
Full RGB component multiplexing is available, 6 inputs and 3 outputs are provided.
The Model 200 selects one of two sets of inputs and applies it to the outputs in a field alternate manner, i.e., the left field is output from INS-1 and the right field is output from INS-2.
- Multiplexes many video formats including NTSC, PAL, and most component video such as RGB
- Output is front panel selectable. Allows you to output either source independently or multiplexed
- Output may be split-screened, either horizontally or vertically for parallax adjust and other adjustments
- Split points are front panel adjustable
- Sync on Y1 (internally patchable to Y2) or an EXTernal composite SYNC
- External Multiplex select on input AO is available
- DC restoration circuit on each of six inputs
